Good:Onsite staff attitude was good.Easy to arrange appointment and accommodating to changes in schedule.Cleaning done efficiently.Bed not damaged.Bad:Both the office and onsite staff told me that the bed will be dry in 6-8 hours. Cleaning was done at 11am. By 10pm, bed was still too wet to sleep on.Onsite staff used master bedroom toilet to wash equipment and not back toilet.Equipment trolley that was used outside was wheeled across the entire living room and master bedroom. Some stains remain.

Choosing an upholstery cleaning company can feel overwhelming, but I’m so glad I went with Everyworks Group—it was the perfect choice! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Getting a quote and booking through WhatsApp was super easy, and the contractor arrived right on time. Govin was fantastic—polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was meticulous and did his absolute best to tackle all the stains on my off-white fabric sofa (which is no easy task!). Seeing the dirty water afterward was proof of how much grime was removed. He even made sure to sweep and dry the floor once he was done. Excellent service—highly recommend!

Initially gave them five stars because during the service Govin explained the process and the sofa look cleaned .Five hours in my sofa was not dried despite having dehumidifier and aircon dry mode on8 hours in the sofa starts to reek and have stained marks .Within 24 hours they arrange a person to come clean again .4 days later they are back to reclean . The stain mark is permanent now and they can’t do anything about it . What even more infuriating they blame it on us saying the stain was there before. Now the sofa pillows are dripping water as it is heavily soaked from the steaming.. I can squeeze the pillow and it drips water..I don’t think it is normal experience right?Anyway this is a less than 2 year old sofa. There is no way there was a stain at some of the spot because either I stuck plastic protector over it or there was a stuck on cushion.First time outsourcing to reduce our trouble .. end up money wasted, time wasted and we now have a stained and wet sofa .

Great experience with DW Sofa Cleaning! Govin was extremely meticulous and ensured that every part of our sofa was cleaned thoroughly. We observed many times where he cleaned certain spots over again without us even saying anything as he wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness. Before he left, he even ensured to clean up areas which he has used and left our house in exactly the same condition as before. Our sofa is super clean now for the new year, thank you! Would recommend them and would definitely be a repeat customer 🙂

The team arrived punctually at 2pm, and were very helpful in helping me to move some things before they started with the mattress cleaning service. They also moved everything back in place and helped with laying out the mattresses to dry once the cleaning service was completed. The team was very neat and tidy, and were conscientious and professional in their work. They also showed me the amount of dirt extracted from my mattress. I enjoyed a good night's sleep after that with a much cleaner mattress. The price point for their cleaning was very reasonable as well for the level of service rendered. I had a 3 seater and single seater sofa cleaned. The outcome was excellent! The fabric and overall visual of the seats looked like the sofa was bought brand new. This is especially so when it came to the arm of the sofa. It was a dark and brown colour on a grey fabric before cleaning. After cleaning, the grey colour finally came back! This was after a few years of not cleaning the sofa at all as we did not know how to clean the arm of the sofa without damaging the fabric.

Very friendly service. Results are good but was wondering why not 3rd time cleaning after looking at the dirty water in the tank. Definitely would have liked to see a few more attempts to get the water clean. Bare minimum treatment but results are acceptable.
